Ephrata HS Marching Unit

Rather than do numerous monthly fundraisers, which are time consuming for the students and parents, and also frustrating for the community, we have a new plan!

Saturday, October 2, 2010 - the members of the Ephrata High School Marching Unit will go door-to-door to solicit donations. They hope raise enough funds in one short day to ensure the success of the program, and put a stop to non-stop fundraising.

The EHSMU supports the community at football games and by participating in parades. They are an award winning band that consistently brings home trophies from competitions.

Now they are asking for your help to ensure the success of the EHSMU.

All donations, big or small, are welcome. They are also tax deductible.

Special Details: All donations of $5.00 or more, received on Saturday and given directly to a band member during the door-to-door campaign, will get you a "buy one, get one" coupon. Coupons are good for admission to the "Showcase of Bands" marching band competition on Saturday, October 23 at 1:00 pm. Coupons may be redeemed the day of the show at the ticket booth at War Memorial field.

If you are not home, a donation card will be left at your house. If you wish to donate, you should:

make a check out to "EBPA"

mail check and donor card to EBPA,

c/o Randy Goshert, Treasurer, 1055 Marie Avenue, Ephrata, Pa 17522. Your cancelled check will serve as your tax-deductible receipt.
