The Ephrata
Band Parent Association is open to all who have a student in the
marching unit.
Your input
is needed to ensure a quality program that meets the needs of our
students, staff, and family members.
EBPA
meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the high school band
room. They generally last from 7:00pm - 8:00pm.
Topics
discussed range from band camp planning, competition meal planning,
fundraising, equipment and uniform needs, chaperones, and more.
Parents as
well as students need to check the
calendar
and their email on a regular basis.
Parents

for information about uniforms, band camp, photos, and so much more.
Chaperone information will be available soon.
The EBPA met Thursday September 17 and there was a great
parent turnout. Many thanks to all who attended and to those who
volunteered and participated in discussions.
We have a busy year, with lots of fun events, fundraisers,
football games and competitions, and we appreciate your help and
support.
2009-2010 budget.
As it stands, we need to raise $13,700 to cover our operating expenses
for the year!
