Fundraising Information

Every successful program needs a strong financial backing.

The EHSMU has several fundraisers planned for the 2009-2010 season to meet our projected expenses of $13,700. These expenses include equipment, uniforms, meals  for the band members on competition day, awards banquets and more. Curious about the specific income and expenses? The Ephrata Band Parents Association is confident that if every member does his or her part to help raise money, we can meet our financial goal.

Ephrata Band Bucks - a bold new plan for 2009! Students and family members will spend one day canvassing the streets of our community asking for donations.

Update: Band Bucks Day was an overwhelming success! Over $4,700 was raised! Thank you to the committee and all students and parents who participated in this event.

Showcase of Bands - Ephrata is once again hosting a competition. Saturday October 31. Not just a fundraiser, but a point of community pride! Come enjoy the day as a volunteer or a spectator - it will be fantastic!
