Fundraising Information

Every successful program needs a strong financial backing.

The EHSMU has several fundraisers planned for the 2010-2011 season to meet our projected expenses of over $13,000. These expenses include equipment, uniforms, meals  for the band members on competition day, awards banquets and more.

The Ephrata Band Parents Association is confident that if every member does his or her part to help raise money, we can meet our financial goal.

Penny War!      

The Penny War is underway! Find that spare change and help the EHSMU! Put pennies in your section's jar - the section with the highest dollar amount (in pennies) earns a $5 gift card to Dairy Queen for each section member. Sabotage the other sections with nickels, dimes, quarters. Only pennies count positively, all other currency counts negatively. Ready - GO!

The first 2010 Fundraiser - a sub sale. Order forms are due Thursday August 5; pick up is Thursday August 12 from 5:30-6:00pm. Money is due at pick-up. Get your order form HERE!

Ephrata Band Bucks - a simplified way to fundraise!  First implemented in 2009, we had a very successful day - close to $6,000 raised! WOW!

Students and family members will spend one day canvassing the streets of our community asking for donations. So keep Saturday October 2 open!

Showcase of Bands - Ephrata is once again hosting a competition. Saturday October 23 at 1:00 pm.  Not just a fundraiser, but a point of community pride! Come enjoy the day as a volunteer or a spectator - it will be fantastic!
